Media & Documentation: Photographs, video walk-throughs, drone footage, and visual condition reports generated for your portfolio. Financial Information: Payment details required to process service fees.

3. How Your Information Is Used

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, coordinate the agreed service and deliver your reports. This includes dispatching field agents, compiling visual verification reports, sending status updates, and administrative account management.

4. Data Protection

We maintain administrative and operational controls designed to safeguard client information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access to assignment records and property data is restricted to authorized personnel performing services on your behalf.

5. Sharing of Information

Your Access Period: Your service agreement confirms how long reports and media remain available and when that access period starts. When Service Ends: We explain how termination affects report access and when records are deleted or retained under the applicable policy. Keeping Your Copies: You may request a copy of available assignment records before access expires.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also inquire about the handling of your assignment records at any time.
