Drone operations are subject to weather, visibility, airspace restrictions, safety conditions, privacy requirements, site access, equipment limitations, and applicable aviation rules. A flight cannot be guaranteed until field conditions are confirmed. If a safe or lawful flight cannot be completed, Nexus PBS will advise the client regarding rescheduling or an appropriate alternative.
